"I had such a positive experience with this office! We were referred here by our dentist because my daughter needed an expander, and from our initial consultation to the completion of her treatment, every appointment was seamless. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were transparent about pricing from the start and always took the time to answer our questions. They also made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the process, patiently answering all of her questions (and there were a lot! 😅). The office itself is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The waiting area has an arcade game and massage chairs—I never thought I'd be disappointed that we didn't have to wait longer! I could have happily spent a few more minutes in one of those chairs. 😂 My daughter was in and out of her appointments very quickly, and they even saw us early one time when I accidentally arrived 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment. On top of that, they have monthly raffles and other fun ways to engage with their patients, which made orthodontist visits something my daughter actually looked forward to instead of dreading. It's clear they've put a lot of thought into creating a positive, welcoming experience for their patients, and it truly shows. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist!"

However, on the day of her appointment, she was not given the reward that had been promised during her initial consultation. She sat through a two-hour appointment and left feeling sad and disappointed. I spoke with the manager afterward, but unfortunately there was little flexibility or effort made to address the situation. While this may seem like a small issue, children often look forward to and remember these promised incentives. Following through on those commitments can make a significant difference in their overall experience."
